“Eggs Eggs Eggs, don’t be afraid of that yellow stuff- the inner most power nutrient of the egg- the yolk. I eat whole eggs every morning over easy, with added egg whites. The yolk as some astonishing nutrients packed into that little 1/2 dollar yolk. Selenium, Vitamin A, Choline, Phosphorous, Calcium and you even double your protein intake by eating both the yellow and the white as opposed to just the white where you loose all of the minerals listed above. You’re only compromising 4 grams of fat when you eat the whole egg you guys- so come on, thats nothing. In the ‘be fit- eat fit’ industry it seems we are always afraid of the egg yolk when ordering or making our eggs. I will do one whole egg and 2-3 added egg whites. Remember to eat foods that are WHOLE- eat to live not live to eat! XO Have a great and active weekend.” - Ashley Horner

Candice Sortino, age 17, ran out on the field during the 7th inning of the Arizona vs. South Carolina game at CWS on June 25th.  She smacked two players butts; the one shown here is center fielder Joey Rickard.

my favorite photoset of all time

I love how in the second frame, she’s like hang on. Just one more butt, ok?

Lol

The security guard and the players are laughing! This is the best.

Lauren Conrad’s Overnight oats!
It’s a perfect mix of creamy yogurt goodness, rolled oats and your favourite fruity toppings. The oats soak in a mixture of almond milk and Greek yogurt overnight, thus softening them to perfection by the morning. I love it because I can wake up before my workout and quickly pull it out of the fridge and enjoy it on the go. It’s so easy, and honestly, so so good. Simply mix all of the ingredients together and set it in your fridge in a sealed mason jar at night, and instantly enjoy the next morning.

Ingredients
2/3 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1/2 cup organic rolled oats
1/2 cup vanilla (or plain) Greek yogurt (I used non-fat)
pinch of ground cinnamon ( i used a lot more as i love it)
Instructions
The night before you plan to eat your oats, mix together all of the ingredients listed above and seal in an airtight container.
Refrigerate the mixture overnight (they will be ready in about 3 hours, but overnight is best).
Wake up and enjoy the next day!
I like to add fresh berries and a little agave nectar in the morning or a handful of walnuts and some sliced up banana. Most cereal toppings work well though–honey, fruit, whatever… Test out a few different combinations and see what you like best.I love having this in the morning because it keeps me full and feeling good. It’s a great way to start your day since the oats are filling and the yogurt is packed with healthy probiotics and lots of calcium!Give it a try and let me know what you top off your oats with!

Smeared Skies by Matt Molloy

Matt busted out into the art scene with his smeared sky photos. Stacking 100 to 200 photos into one, he gave a new way to enjoy the view above us.
